Suitable for coating steel, wood, and construction surfaces, with excellent weather resistance for outdoor use; classified as a traditional mid-to-high-end product for exterior applications.

Construction reference:

1. The coating can be applied by brushing or spraying. Before use, it must be shaken thoroughly until completely homogeneous. Any paint film or coarse particles should be filtered out.

2. The viscosity can be adjusted using alkyd thinner X-6.

3. Matching primers include alkyd primer, phenolic primer, epoxy primer, and ester resin primer, among others.

4. To prevent the surface from hardening during use, you can lightly cover the remaining paint surface with a small amount of turpentine or solvent oil No. 200.

5. When applying coatings onto surfaces prepared with a primer, the thickness of each layer of alkyd enamel paint should ideally be 15–20 mm, whereas for alkyd blend paint, it should be approximately 20 ± 3 mm. The next layer may only be applied after the previous layer has completely dried.

Precautions:

During construction, contact with substances such as water, oil, acids, and alkalis is strictly prohibited. The construction site must have adequate ventilation, and all sources of ignition are strictly forbidden.

3. Immediately clean and dry construction tools, containers, and other equipment with solvent oil No. 200.

4. Colors may vary slightly from batch to batch. If you have any special requirements, please inform our company in advance.

5. Under the specified storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture. Products exceeding one year may still be used if they pass inspection.

6. During the storage period, phenomena such as increased viscosity, the formation of a thin film on the surface, and excessive pigment accumulation at the bottom may occur; however, these do not affect the product’s usability or physical performance.
