Introduction:
This product is formulated by grinding modified alkyd resin made from vegetable oils with red iron oxide, antioxidant pigments, and diluent pigments, and then adding additives and solvents.
Features:
The lacquer film exhibits excellent adhesion and anti-corrosive properties, and demonstrates strong bonding when used in combination with various finishing varnishes, such as nitrocellulose and alkyd paints.
Use:
This product is a widely used, general-purpose anti-corrosion primer designed to prepare and protect ferrous metal surfaces. It can also be used as a primer for wood products.
Construction reference:
1. Both spray coating and brush coating are acceptable. Adjust the application viscosity using xylene. After coating, baking at 105 ± 2°C will further enhance the performance of the paint film.
2. The upper combination layers include alkyd magnetic paint, amino baking varnish, asphalt paint, and polyvinyl chloride paint, among others.
Precautions:
1. During construction, avoid contact with water, oils, acids, alkalis, and other similar substances.
2. The construction site must be well ventilated, and open flames are strictly prohibited.
3. For products that have been partially used, the surface must be covered with solvent oil or turpentine of grade 200.
4. If storage and transportation regulations are followed, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. If the LT0 has passed inspection and is determined to be suitable after more than 12 months have elapsed, it can still be used.
