Product Detail
This product is formulated by first heating and refining a mixture of dried vegetable oils, polyester resin, polyols, and rosin-modified resin, then grinding the pigments, followed by the addition of additives and solvents to achieve the desired consistency.
Self-drying at room temperature, glossy paint film, relatively fast drying, cost-effective and high-quality, easy to apply.
Use
Protective and decorative coating suitable for metal and wood surfaces indoors and outdoors.
Construction reference
1. Before use, stir the product thoroughly. If you notice any particles or skin formation, filter the product before applying it. Apply primarily by brushing; spray or roller application is also acceptable. If the paint’s viscosity is too high, you can dilute it with thinner No. 200 or No. 1500.

3. The surface of the object to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned before application (for example, degreasing, derusting, and dehydrating steel surfaces; degreasing, dust removal, and dehydrating other surfaces). If necessary, sanding should be performed.
4. The ideal thickness of each coating layer is 25 μm; the next layer can only be applied after the previous layer has dried.
5. Recommended primer coatings include alkyd primers, epoxy primers, and phenolic primers; it is not recommended to use red lead and iron oxide anti-root paints as combination primers.
Precautions
1. The construction site must have good ventilation, and the use of open flames is strictly prohibited.
2. Colors may vary slightly between different batches of the product. If you have any special requirements, please inform us in advance or place a custom order.
3. If you wish to use products from the same product category but different models together, please consult the company.
4. To prevent the formation of a film on the surface of the paint during use, you can lightly coat the remaining paint surface with a small amount of No. 200 solvent oil or turpentine.
5. Under the specified storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. If it has expired but passes inspection, it can still be used.
