Product Detail
Introduction:
This product is formulated by grinding and mixing a copolymeric resin composed of hydroxyacrylic monomers and methacrylates, amino resin, pigments of various colors, additives, and mixed organic solvents.
Features:
The coating features vibrant colors, a glossy and lustrous finish, as well as exceptional durability and resistance. It offers excellent color retention and weather resistance, particularly in white coatings that are resistant to yellowing. It is a premium, high-end coating with both protective and decorative properties.
Use:
Suitable for coating surfaces of various household appliances, including refrigerators, electric fans, washing machines, bicycles, motorcycles, tractors, and instruments and meters.
Construction reference:
1. Before use, thoroughly stir the paint until it is completely homogeneous. If there are coarse particles or mechanical impurities, they must be filtered out before application. The primary application method is spraying; however, immersion and brush application methods can also be used.
3. Before construction, the product can be diluted with amino diluent X-4 to adjust the application viscosity.
4. The surface of the part to be coated must be free of rust, oil stains, dust, and other residues before painting.
5. Place the coated piece at room temperature for 5–10 minutes, then bake it at 120 ± 2°C for 45 minutes.
6. The product must not be mixed with coatings or thinners of different types, as this could lead to defects in the quality of the coating film.
Precautions
1. The construction site must be well ventilated, and any source of ignition is strictly prohibited.
2. During construction, it is strictly prohibited to mix substances such as water, oil, acids, and alkalis.
3. Construction tools and containers must be cleaned immediately with a suitable diluent.
4. If the spray application method is used, the compressed air must be treated to remove water and oil.
5. Under the specified storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. It remains usable even after the expiration date, provided it passes inspection and is determined to meet the requirements.
